Magnum Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
An authentic expression of the Nebbiolo grape, the 2023 Langhe DOC Nebbiolo is made from grapes grown on calcareous, sandy soils with optimal southeast and southwest exposures. The vines, trained using the Guyot system and aged between 10 and 15 years, produce carefully selected bunches during the manual harvest, carried out between late September and early October. This Nebbiolo stands out for its elegant and harmonious profile, with floral notes of rose and violet, a fresh, fruity palate, and soft, delicate tannins. Careful vinification and aging primarily in stainless steel, with a brief stint in oak, enhance its finesse and medium-short drinkability.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand between late September and early October, placing them in small crates to preserve their integrity. A brief maceration on the skins follows, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit.
