Production Area

The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured soils with a good presence of clay , which gives the wine the perfect balance between freshness and structure. The area's temperate climate favors optimal ripening of the grapes, resulting in an intense and well-defined aromatic profile.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality. After fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature , the wine remains in contact with the skins to facilitate the extraction of aromatic and tannic compounds, which contribute to its complexity.

Refinement

The wine ages for 8 months in steel and then ages for 4 months in the bottle , ensuring a perfect balance between freshness and roundness. This process enhances the varietal characteristics of the Barbera, preserving its liveliness and pleasantness.
