• Roasts and grilled meat
• Game
• Mature cheeses

Its decisive and harmonious character makes it an excellent companion for structured and intensely flavoured dishes, enhancing their nuances and offering a satisfying tasting experience.
Production Area
Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG is an expression of its terroir, with vineyards located in soils rich in clay and limestone, which give the wine the perfect balance of acidity and structure. The microclimate favors optimal ripening of the grapes, enhancing their aromatic intensity and flavor complexity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting only the finest bunches. After a controlled fermentation of 15-20 days in stainless steel, maceration on the skins allows for the extraction of the polyphenolic compounds that give the wine its intense character.
Refinement

The wine ages for 24 months in tonneaux and barriques, a period during which it acquires greater complexity and aromatic depth. This process allows for a perfect balance between the fruit and the spicy notes imparted by the wood, with an evolution that gives the wine great elegance and longevity.
