RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code)

Pursuant to Italian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

HOW TO WITHDRAW:

1.Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by email: info@cantinetonelli.it
2.Indicate your order number and the products you wish to return.
3.Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions.
4.Return the products within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

RETURN POLICY:

. Products must be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
. Bottles must be sealed and undamaged.
. We cannot accept returns of opened bottles or bottles with broken seals.

RETURN COSTS:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we are responsible for the shipping error.

REFUND:

A refund of the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
